Peristaltic pumps are used in many machines or systems as a technical component. With SAIER-products you decide for high-quality-products. When developing the peristaltic pumps, only motors with high life-time are selected. The SAIER-production-program offers many types of peristaltic pumps. For special applications it is possible to define special products together with the development-centre of SAIER. Pretty new in the program you can find pumps that are driven with stepper-motors without a gear-box.
The Compact-series closes the product gap between the available low-cost-devices of the market and the economy-series of SAIER. The dosage systems of the compact-class with a width of 65 mm are more compact than most of the small, low-cost devices available in the market, but nevertheless the devices of the Compact series have a bigger DC-motor (28 ccm). A very stable bearing, the spring-loaded, reliable rotor and the microprocessor-based GCL-technology enlarge the life-time of these devices. The metering pumps Compact R and Compact K for detergent and rinse products as well as the conductivity-controlled peristaltic pump Compact L plus for the dosage of detergents are shipped together with all necessary accessories. As a compact dosing station also the Compact Duo L and Compact Duo R are available. Besides their excellent technical features also the pricing is very interesting.
Recently, versions for 24 V DC and AC were developed. This is interesting for some new machines in professional dishwashing.
As a modern, highly inventive enterprise SAIER offers the technology of conductivity-measurement in liquids by the inductive principle. The advantage using this principle is that dirt and oil films on the surface of the sensor don't influence the precision of the measuring result. The sensor is available as an active version with integrated signal-processing and therefore more expensive than a stainless-steel sensor for the conductive principle, but the difference in price can be interesting because service-calls because of dirty sensors are minimized.
Besides some very successfull series like economy-series, classic-series and heavy-duty-series a new product line called Concept-series is produced in our plant in Gundelfingen/Germany. The Concept-series was completed by 2 new models: The Concept 2106 mcs, a very universal dosage system with 6 different modes of operation ("big brother" of Concept 2105 mcs) can be configured as "adjustable rate of delivery, time relay or - if a conductivity-sensor ILFS 02 (inductive principle) is assembled, as a conductivity-controller. The Concept 2115 mcs is a conductivity-controlled peristaltic pump for stainless-stell-sensors. Both devices have a rate of delivery of 500 ml/min with a max. duty-cycle of 40%/h, so a permanent average quantity of 12 liters per hour is no problem for these devices.
Besides the universal metering pump DSP 2010 mcs, a new pump for counter-pressure was added to the economy-series. Especially for the dosage of rinse products in professional dishwashing, but also in general purpose applications with a counter-pressure of up to 2 bar this device is a very reliable component. Equipped with a microprocessor-based revolution control (GCL-technology) the metering pump is very precise even if there is a change in counter-pressure.
Quite new in the production program of SAIER are very robust pumps for chemicals for applications in the chemical industry. The peristaltic pumps of the new model DSP 9711 offer a rate of delivery of 3,3 respectively 5,0 l/min and are suitable for 230 V (one phase). Thanks to the high torque reserves of a brushless high-quality-motor the pump delivers without any problem against a back pressure of 0,5 bar. Of course these pumps are also suitable for SAIER-conductivity-controllers f.e. ELFR 2125). If the rate of delivery must be adjustable or even controllable from outside, as an option a frequency control unit is available
