The history of our enterprise was always closely connected with professional dishwashing. So 1961 the first conductivity-controller in Germany came from SAIER. Since the year 1988 many high-level dish-washing-machines in Europe were equipped with SAIER-peristaltic pumps and since the year 2000 inductive conductivity-sensors for the professional dishwashing are sold. A technology that is completely developed, but from the field of applications just at the beginning. Inductive conductivity sensors can measure the conductivity in liquids very exactly even if there is dirt on the surface of the conductivity-sensor. But also more innovative technologies such as metering systems for several chemical components or metering of detergent dependent from daytime are available since several years for professional dishwashing. With metering systems for several chemical components the main component is dosed by conductivity and the desired additional components (chemical products, additives) are dosed in a fixed ratio. The metering of detergent dependent from daytime helps to decrease consumption of detergent by operating the dish-washing-machine dependent from the daytime (breakfast dishes, lunch and supper) with an appropriate set value. |

The Compact-series (overview) aims on glass-washing and other small dishwashing-machines, that can work with a rate of delivery of below 75 ml/min (4,5 l/h). The device types of the Compact-series are very solid and therefore a good alternative to the low-cost-devices, that are available in the market. The pumps of the Compact-series are shipped all together with the accessories needed for a quick and easy installation. Besides the Compact R and Compact K with adjustable rate of delivery for cleaner and rinse dispensing, there are also two conductivity-controlled dosage systems Compact L and Compact L plus. |

The Concept-series offers the highest flexibility and the best cost-performance ratio with medium and bigger dish-washing-machines. Besides the universal metering devices Concept 2105 mcs and Concept 2106 mcs in this series you can also find the conductivity-controlled peristaltic pumpsConcept 2114 mcs and Concept 2115 for conductivity-sensors with conductive principle) as well as the conductivity-controller ELFR 2125 mcs, which can be combined with different peristaltic pumps or with devices from other producers. Also the metering system CDI and the metering system CDK belong to this series. The drive of the peristaltic pumps exists of a high-quality, balanced, very strong dimensioned DC-motor for enlarged life-time. | |||

Our probably most famous series of the last decade is the classic-series with dosage pumps like the SADOpic 8905 A, SADOpic 8904 A (for machines with 2 valves) and the SADOclear 8935. The metering pumps are equipped with a very robust, AC-motor for an operating voltage of 230 V 50 Hz. For the adjustment of the rate of delivery the devices of this series have an intermitting operational mode ("stroke" and "frequency" - analogous to the membrane pumps). The max. quantity of delivery is limited to about 2,5 l/h. |

Best cost-performance ratio for small and medium machines is achieved with the economy-series with the metering pumps DSP 2010 mcs (dosage of detergent), DSP 9905 mcs (dosage of detergent for machines with one or two valves), DDSP 2035 mcs (peristaltic pumps for counter-pressure for dosage of rinse) and DSPset 9701 mcs (metering-system for dosage of detergent and rinse products). The devices of the economy-series are equipped with strong DC-motors respectively long wearing AC-motors for enlarged respectively over-averaged life-time of the devices. Here the metering computers DC 9418 (for conductive) and DC 2018 (for inductive conductivity-sensors) are very interesting. Metering system-series for bottle- and keg- washing machines. Devices for this field of application must have a good dimensioned technique for big duty-cycles. A big volume of the tank and a long working period per day mean big dosage quantities, for which the devices must be developed. The conductivity-controlled pump DSP 9805-II is suitable for conductivity-sensors with conductive principle or with inductive principle (selectable per jumper). With a rate of delivery of about 833 ml/min they are "first choice" for such applications, especially with the dirt-insensitive inductive conductivity-sensor ILFS 02. | |||

Dosage systems (dosage of detergent and rinse product). To minimize the installation time, in diswahshing application very often a complete dosage systems are used, which combine the dosage of detergent and rinse product in one device. Depending on the size of the machine, devices of the economy-series or the Concept-series, but also special computer-based dosage systems (like the DSPset 9602-II as shown in the picture left) with many additional features like temperature compensation of the conductivity, password-protection etc. are used. | |||

A specialty is the stainless-steel-series for hospitals etc. This series offers the metering- system DSPset 9527 mcs. Equipped with a metering computer the metering of detergent is done by a conductivity-controller (for conductive conductivity-sensors). The setting is done by a 4-key-keyboard and a display. The setting can be protected by a codeword, and optional the name of your own enterprise can be displayed. |
