As more and more smaller models of professional dishwashing-machines are installed, SAIER offers a high-quality but low-cost series called the Compact-class.

The Compact-class is a very good achieved compromise for the competitive aims between the requirements of the purchasing and the technical departments, between the price and the durability of the device. An answer for applications that are very cost-sensitive, especially with glass-washing and other smaller machines.

The name of the new class is its program: very compact devices with a really impressing inner life: A rate of delivery of 75 ml/min resp. 100 ml/min, a width of the device of only 65 mm, a volume of the motor of 28 ccm and high-quality-parts as the double ball-bearing of the driving axle, the microcontroller based revolution control (genuine closed-loop control), the spring-loaded rotor as well as the flexible tube-retainer-system 9911 characterize the efficiency of the new class.

Thanks to a bigger motor, the life-time of the devices of the compact-series is far more than double the operational hours compared to low-cost-devices: Besides the bigger volume motor (28 cm3) this is only possible by a special microprocessor-based revolution-control. This closed-loop-control always keeps the motor in an optimized electrical field of operation and so ensures a much better life-time. In spite of the bigger motor and thanks to a very specialized construction the devices are even a little bit smaller most low-cost devices.
 

The dosage systems of the Compact-series in an overview

 

   The Compact R is the most needed device of the Compact-series. The continuous rate of delivery can be adjusted between 5 and 75 ml/min in mode of operation 1. In mode of operation 2 (time relay) the device dispenses at every new switching-on for an adjustable time (1-60 seconds. The device is shipped together with an inoculation unit, tubes from the package drum to the machine, etc.  

  Especially for the dispensing of rinse products with the Compact K in operational mode 1 a continuous rate of delivery between 54 and 600 ml/h can be adjusted. In operational mode 2 every time, when the operational voltage is switched on between 0,13 and 2,5 ml (time relay, adjustable between 1 and 60 seconds). The maximum admitted counter-pressure is 2 bar. In the accessories that are shipped with the device there is also a back-pressure valve for the inoculation into the machine.
The conductivity-controlled device Compact L plus has a rate of delivery of 100 ml/min and works up to 6 liters per hour. Therefore it is suitable for smaller machines.  Its special intelligent surveillance for the dosing process and a bi-color LED help to visualize the state of the dosage process. The stainless-steel conductivity-sensor shipped with the device enables a range between 0,5 and 12 mS/cm. The admitted  operational voltage is 180-264 V, 50-60 Hz.

Of course, there is also a compact dosage system available for cleaner and rinse products. As Compact Duo L the cleaner product is dosed by the conductivity of the washing bath. The dosage of the rinse product is possible either by adjusting the rate of delivery or by starting a time relay initiated by an electrical impulse. As Compact Duo R the cleaner product is dosed also by adjustable rate of delivery or by time.
