Very often the DSP 2010 mcs is used as a metering pump for cleaner products. With the standard pump tube PS 140 PH a rate of delivery up to 50 ml/min or (when jumper in second position) with up to 100 ml/min. The rate of delivery of 100 ml/min accelerates the dosage in comparison to smaller pumps with usually about 60 - 70 ml/min, what is often very useful for machines in professional dishwashing.
In mode of operation 3 the metering pump delivers an adjustable quantity between 1 and 30 ml when using the standard tube PS 140 PH each time, when the mains is switched on again.
Thee DSP 2010 mcs can also be used in applications for the dosage of rinse products with a max. counter-pressure of 2 bar, depending on the pump tube. With the pump tube PS 138-3,2x1,6 TG and the tube retainer 9911/3,2-4x1 a setting of a continuous rate of delivery up to 500 ml/h is allowed.
