OEM-pumps

 

 

Peristaltic pumps are used in many machines or systems as a technical component. With peristaltic pumps you can manage a metering of chemical products, a suction of condensate or delivering of chemical liquids. The SAIER-production-program offers many series of OEM-pumps, with which many applications can be covered.

With SAIER-products you decide for high-quality-products. When developing and constructing the peristaltic pumps, only motors with high life-time are selected. The gearbox is a special construction "made by SAIER" to fulfill the special needs of the highly dynamical torque characteristics. Very stable bearings of the rotor axle and a spring-loaded, very reliable rotor are the features of SAIER-pumps - features for a enlarged lifetime of the component.  

The SAIER-production-program has several types of pumps. For special applications it is possible to define special products together with the development-centre of SAIER. The table below shows an excerpt of the program.

Especially the peristaltic pump DSP 9911 has a lot of advantages (details DSP 9911 (PDF)). It works with the tube-retainer-system 9911 and with the different available drives it can be easily adapted to a huge variety of applications. The table below shows some possible versions.
